A lot of hospitals and health care facilities have been claiming that the shortage of nursing has already reached a high in present time. There are so many nurses who have been retiring as part of the Baby Boomers. At the rate that things are going, the new nurses are not enough to fill in and replace the batches of nurses which retire in a year.
