The demand for nurses has been prevalent all over the globe, from the developing countries up to the developed nations like the United States. In fact, according to the World Health Organization, nurses are the largest category of health workers. They constitute the 50 percent of the workforce in all the countries in the world. That is why with the increasing labor shortages, healthcare facilities all over the globe especially in the developed countries hastily recruit nursing personnel to avoid further health care problems due to the scarcity of nurses.
