The shortage of nurses has really made an impact on the world today. This does not only affect the United Stated or the United Kingdom , but the whole world as well. The constant need of people when it comes to health care makes nurses a necessity in hospitals and all the different health care facilities. This is why despite the fact that there are so many people who are taking up nursing in college, there is still a huge demand for nurses, it has been estimated to reach up to about 700,000 nurses. This is really quite a big number especially when it comes to this which is why people are really struggling to be able to solve this problem.
