The constant need of people when it comes to health care makes nurses a necessity in hospitals and all the different health care facilities. This is why despite the fact that there are so many people who are taking up nursing in college, there is still a huge demand for nurses, it has been estimated to reach up to about 700,000 nurses. This is really quite a big number especially when it comes to this which is why people are really struggling to be able to solve this problem.

America is currently experiencing shortage when it comes to nurses and it is even reported that the situation will continue to get worse in the days to come simply because more and more people will have higher expectations when it comes to nurses. Another important thing that triggers the condition that nursing jobs and nurses are facing at the moment is the fact that the schools that have nursing in their curriculum find that the rate of enrollment continues to topple down every school year. This is a great concern among individuals since fewer nursing students means less registered nurses in America.
